Why better thinking begins below the neck.
Energy doesn’t determine what you think. It helps determine how much reality you’re capable of meeting. This instrument reads what your organism currently has available for perception, thought, choice and action, and, more usefully, how that energy is being produced.
A person can be intensely activated while holding almost no genuine reserve: working fast, speaking forcefully, appearing formidable, and running the whole thing on urgency, stimulation and fear of falling behind. The performance is real. It’s being funded by the organism rather than drawn from supply, which is why it collapses abruptly rather than tapering.
The energy you’d describe, the energy your ordinary week actually reports, and the energy that appears when you look at what a demanding stretch costs you afterwards. The third is usually the most honest, because it’s the one you can’t perform.
You won’t be told your energy is 68%. Nothing here congratulates throughput, recommends a protocol, or treats reduced activity as automatic failure. Sometimes an organism spending less is doing exactly the right thing. You’ll get a pattern, a distribution across your life, and a few things worth observing.
The premise underneath it comes from the biophysics of living systems: the living state is an improbable order, actively maintained, and it’s paid for continuously by energy production. Withdraw the energy and structure drifts back toward equilibrium. Which gives this instrument its one sentence: energy is what pays for coherence, in a person and in an organisation alike.
Where this sits: The Energy to Perceive asks the question underneath the others. The Ground Beneath reads the assumptions you think with, The Spiral Mirror reads the values organising your choices, The Self You Are Making reads the person those choices are producing, and The Syntropy Scan reads the system all of it happens inside. This one asks what capacity you currently have available to do any of it with.
A necessary caution: this is a reflection tool, not a medical one. It cannot measure your metabolism, it makes no physiological claims about you, and nothing in it is medical advice. If anything you read here concerns you, that’s a conversation for a doctor.
How much energy is available, plotted against how it’s being produced. Four domains of your life, placed separately, because almost nobody is one thing.
Each dimension runs between the two readings named underneath it: a short bar sits toward the left-hand one, a long bar toward the right. Each is read in up to three lights, and the gaps between those three are where the findings come from.
Patterns in what you reported, not conclusions about your body. Each of these is a question put to you with some evidence attached.

Your reading is saved in this browser only. It describes a period rather than a person, so the useful thing is to take it again after a different season and compare: a hard quarter, a recovered month, a change of work.
Which is where Integrate starts: not with techniques for coping better, but with the conditions that make clear thinking possible in the first place.
