Three foundational programmes: one to uncover the assumptions your thinking rests on, one to restore your inner steadiness, one to lead across complexity. Wise thinking, put to work on real decisions.
Built for people carrying responsibility that cannot simply be delegated.

“It helped me gain deep insights on what I shall become. I’m very grateful.”

We don’t teach philosophy for its own sake.We use philosophy to sharpen judgement, deepen perception and help people live and lead more wisely.
You can be functioning well and still feel your thinking has grown too narrow for the life or organisation you now lead. These programmes give you a serious place to examine what’s shaping your decisions, recover a wider view, and build capacities that ordinary leadership training rarely reaches.
You can feel successful and still feel scattered. Calm on the outside, fragmented underneath.
You can feel clear in one area of life, and lost in another.
Which is why the work starts by examining the assumptions underneath your thinking, before asking what to do with it.
The invisible foundations of wise thinking.
Every decision you make rests on three answers you’ve never consciously given. What’s real here. How would I know. And why does it matter.
What exists, how we know, and why those answers shape every judgement that follows.
Three sessionsAntisthenes on unlearning what’s untrue, and the courage to let reality change what you already know.
One sessionWittgenstein, Heidegger and Barfield on words that don’t just describe reality, they disclose it.
One sessionCorrespondence, coherence and pragmatism, Heidegger’s disclosure, and Frankfurt on what bullshit actually is.

It begins with assumptions about what kind of world you’re living in and what you believe counts as knowledge of it. Most of us never examine those assumptions. We inherit them from our education, our profession, our culture, and our organisations. Then we mistake them for reality itself.
The Ground is where we slow down and look beneath the surface. Through philosophy, practical examples, and real organisational cases, you’ll discover how your hidden assumptions shape what you notice, the questions you ask, the evidence you trust, and the decisions you ultimately make.
It’s less about learning philosophy than learning to see.
A practical way of thinking that you can apply immediately to strategy, leadership, coaching, relationships, and everyday decision-making.
You’ll stop asking only “What’s the answer?”
and begin asking “What assumptions make this answer seem obvious?”
Restoring inner steadiness.
Meet absurdity, finitude and the unchosen with clarity, and build a stability that doesn’t depend on false certainty. It’s particularly valuable during periods when one identity is ending and another hasn’t yet taken shape.
Radical responsibilitySartre— on who’s actually choosing when you say you had no choice.
Ethics in ambiguityde Beauvoir— on building your own standard when the old ones no longer fit.
Joyful defianceCamus— on carrying on when the world refuses to make sense.
Becoming who you areNietzsche— on who you become when the role stops fitting.
Being without excuseHeidegger— on the difference between being busy and being alive.
The leapKierkegaard— on the leap you keep preparing for and never take.6 group sessions · 3 private sessions
Leading across complexity.
Build coherence in yourself, your relationships and your systems, treating reality as a living process, not a static structure to control. It’s particularly valuable when growth has outpaced the structures that once held things together.
Whole-brain perceptionMcGilchrist— on what the dashboard can’t see, and why it matters more.
Process thinkingWhitehead— on treating your organisation as alive, not as a blueprint.
Integral sense-makingWilber— on why the fix that works in one room breaks in the next.
Value-systems literacyGraves— on the argument you keep having that was never really about the argument.
Bioenergetic capacityPeat— on the energy your thinking runs on, and what happens when it’s gone.
Hope & legacyBloch— on building for a future you won’t be there to see.6 group sessions · 3 private sessions
Twelve hours of specialised group work, applying the ideas to whatever you’re carrying that week.
Bring the decision you can’t discuss in the cohort: the appointment, the departure, the conflict, the identity shift whose consequences you’ll have to live with.
Small experiments in perception, judgement and action between sessions.
The essentials, without the academic wading.
Selected to make candour possible and status difficult to hide behind.
The room is confidential, with clear boundaries agreed at the outset.
A single programme. Six group sessions and three private.
Any two of the three, taken in sequence.
All three. The Ground, then Being Well and Integrate, in sequence.
We call it the Desert because that’s how this work feels from the inside: the familiar landmarks gone, your certainties stripped back, before anything truer takes their place. It’s for those who’ve done the foundational work and want to go further, a slower, more demanding engagement with the two thinkers who go deepest. Sixteen sessions examining the values and assumptions beneath the life you’ve built.
Thinking beyond good and evil.
Nietzsche is the most quoted and least read philosopher we’ve got. Read properly, he goes after your values, your ambitions, and the convictions you’ve never examined. No flattery.

Sequence II · HeideggerThinking that listens.
Being and Time is the hardest, most rewarding book most people never finish. We explore it slowly, together, and apply the question sitting under all the frameworks: who’s making the moves, and from what ground?

After the foundation, the work continues. The Loop, our community, opens a structured path through 40+ more thinkers over time, and one-to-one partnerships carry on for those who want them.
What you build here doesn’t expire. It becomes the way you think.
Every cohort is small, capped at four, and hand-picked. We curate each group for an energising mix of perspectives, backgrounds and contexts, so the people around the table sharpen your thinking rather than echo it. Four is the number that keeps the work deep and the room genuinely candid.
One session for each of the six thinkers, with the threads drawn together as you go. The three private sessions run alongside, whenever a decision needs the confidential room. The Ground works differently: its six sessions follow four themes rather than six thinkers.
Six fortnightly group sessions over roughly twelve weeks, with the three private sessions arranged alongside them. Enough rhythm to keep the thinking live, without crowding your calendar.
No. Only an open mind and genuine curiosity. We strip out the academic jargon and keep what’s practical and grounded.
You could, and some of them will repay a lifetime of it. But reading Nietzsche or Heidegger cold is hard going: the ideas are buried in difficult prose, and it can take years alone to reach anything you can actually use. A programme does that excavation with you. We bring the right thinkers to what you’re facing, translate them without dumbing them down, and work them through together, so you arrive at understanding in weeks rather than decades.
Minimal. There’s no formal homework or required reading. We may suggest small experiments inside the life you’re already leading, but the point is to free up space in your life, not fill it.
No. We work on the thinking underneath the decisions, not the to-do list on top of them.
Mostly online, to fit demanding schedules. We work with leaders globally, and in person is available on request for private clients.
Because both of us deliver it personally, in a cohort of no more than four, with three private counsel sessions alongside the group work. It’s sustained attention applied to the decisions and patterns shaping your actual life, not content delivered at volume.
Talk to us first. We’ll tell you where to begin, and whether this is for you at all.
